Performance Health Coaching

I offer 6 and 12-month personalized coaching programs to help you improve your health, perform at your peak, and invest in your longevity.

Goals Of The Program

My goal is to help you get in peak health now and keep it for the rest of your life!

  1. Measure: Get a clear and precise picture of your current health using Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis, gut microbiome analysis, genetic / epigenetic tests, health and fitness assessments, and other biometrics.

  2. Learn: Understand how your current physiology is affecting your performance now and impacting your future health and longevity.

  3. Build: Create a comprehensive health and performance plan and build the habits now to serve you for the rest of your life.

    Your plan will include:

    • Personalized fitness protocols to improve strength, muscle, fat-loss, stamina, and mobility.

    • Diet and nutrition plans customized for your unique physiology.

    • Precision supplementation protocols so you’re taking exactly what you need and nothing more.

    • Communication with your health team to discuss the integration with medical, surgical and pharmaceutical interventions if necessary.

    • Strategies for stress management, time management, and accessing flow state in work, life, and family.

  4. Support: Regular coaching calls with me to trouble shoot challenges, adjust your protocols, and help keep you accountable and on track with your goals. You’ll also have access to unlimited text and email support directly with me (Mon-Fri) throughout the duration of your program.

This Is How It Works

It starts with an initial consultation where we discuss your current health, your challenges, your goals, and decide if we’re a good fit to work together.

If we decide to work together:

  1. You’ll fill out a health intake questionnaire so I can understand your family health history, your personal health history, and other important information about you.

  2. I’ll then order your comprehensive blood tests, gut microbiome analysis and health genetics tests.

  3. Once we have all the information from your blood tests, microbiome analysis, DNA analysis, body composition and fitness assessments, we’ll schedule a 90-minute call to review your results and outline your personalized health and performance plan.

  4. I will send the details of your plan to your primary care provider / family doctor.

  5. Each month we’ll meet for at least 30-60 minutes to review your progress, make adjustments to your plan, and so I can provide the coaching support you’ll need to push through plateaus, break old habits, and be successful. You can request additional coaching sessions at no additional charge during the course of your program.

  6. You will also have unlimited text, chat, email and video support with me for the duration of your program.

  7. We will re-evaluate specific labs and biomarkers at 3-month intervals to measure your progress and adjust your protocols.

I only work with clients who are fully committed to improving their health and longevity!

Your Commitment

  1. An upfront investment of $8,000 (6-months) or $15,000 (12-months) - This includes all your initial and followup blood work, your gut microbiome analysis, DNA analysis, your health and performance plan, coaching calls, and unlimited text / video / email support for the duration of your program.

  2. 3-4 hours per week dedicated to your personal fitness.

  3. 30-60 minutes per month for your coaching call with me (you can book more sessions as needed at no additional charge).

  4. Purchasing and taking the recommended supplements.

  5. To be coachable, critical and to ask a lot of questions.

  6. To suck it up and occasionally do things you don’t feel like doing.
